A name, location, or similar term entered into a search tool is sent to the independent provider that operates that tool. We do not retain or log those search terms on our own systems.

For example, the Brooks County Sheriff’s Office, the Brooks County eServices portal, and the TDCJ offender search operate independently of this site.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to observe activity across websites and tailor advertisements. Their collection and choices are governed by their policies, not this notice.
